Consider the advantages:
1. Reasonable
class size. Studies consistently show small is better when it comes to class size. Compare: Huge impersonal classes in hotel
ballrooms vs. college classrooms designed for learning. As our students, you will receive the personal phone numbers of our
three leading professors on the first day of class, and your questions receive our prompt and personal attention.
2. Outstanding, experienced faculty. Every one of our lead instructors is a full-time CUNY professor! Our faculty includes
the former Director of the Accounting program at Hunter College and the author of two accounting textbooks. Our three leading
instructors have combined teaching experience of over 70 years at CUNY colleges and 35 years with CPA reviews.
3.
Reasonable cost. The Park Avenue CPA Review Course is priced substantially below the larger review courses. The total fee
for all four parts is only $1,995 . (See the "costs" page.) This fee entitles you to all class sessions and
textbooks. Take the parts at once, or one or two at a time – complete flexibility with no deadlines. Payment via credit
card is accepted. You can pay in installments if that helps (see the costs page). Our "per-part" costs are
low too, if you prefer that approach.
4. Unbeatable two-year repeat policy! Once you’re our student,
you can repeat our program as many times as you need to within the two-year period starting when your application is
received for just $25 per part! There are no attendance or homework requirements to meet, and no limitations. There are no
hidden material costs or registration fees that can amount to hundreds of dollars with other programs! (Note: a new
textbook is not included for the $25 fee, but in many cases your old book can still be used.)
5. More classes and
more effective classes. We keep our classes to three hours in length. We do not believe that classes running four hours can
be effective from an educational standpoint. We provide extra coverage by running more sessions – 11 sessions in Regulation,
11 sessions in Financial Accounting, 11 sessions in Auditing, and 7 sessions in Business. Compare and you’ll see
the advantage to this approach is clear.
6. Clear comprehensive texts. The Park Avenue CPA Review Course uses texts
prepared by the Wiley CPA Review program. This material has been proven effective on a national basis for many years. It is
outstanding in terms of clarity, organization, and coverage.
7. 100% live instruction. All classes are taught
live by our professors. 8. Hands-on computer session. The
Park Avenue CPA Review program includes one class that places you in front of a computer for hands-on experience in taking
the test -- much more valuable training in the mechanics of the exam than just watching someone else do it!
9.
Convenient Manhattan location. Classes are held at Hunter College, 68th Street and Lexington Avenue in Manhattan -- easily
accessible via several subway lines
